大神，遇到个怪事啊，IM都搭建好了，账号密码也都申请好了，第二次死活登陆不进去了，也没提示什么错误。
关键我用手机浏览器就登的进去，用别人的电脑也登的进去，求教这是什么原因啊

遇到个问题，安装IM时，创建用户名后，提交就提示下面的消息。
Welcome to the iMobiTrax installation page. Below is the current server configuration and form which will need to be completed. This will create the iMobiTrax tables in the database along with the account used for access.

There was an issue when creating the account.
Contact Support with this error - HY000 - Array

再重新访问 http://xxx/Upload/account/install.php时就提示已经安装“iMobiTrax has already been installed.”。到IM登录页面登录时提示"The username entered is not found." 最后到mysql里查看mt_acount表没有数据。

请问楼子这是怎么回事啊？
