购买vps的paypal已经注销怎么退款？

* O( L- t1 g3 B' u- F+ t, D( F; x已经申请refund，老外回复邮件说之前的“ PayPal Billing Agreement” 被取消，要我“You will need to create a new billing profile with your PayPal account for us to be able to proceed with the refund”。

让他们提供个账号，然后你到PP的创建一个付款到他们的账号。应该是这样吧。
