用paypal好多天都不能付款了。一直出现如下错误(error Code : 10486)。我用的是P卡关联了paypal支付，之前一直可用。出下这个error code后换了信用卡关联paypal也支付不出去，出现同样错误。" ?* q1 h$ ]! X1 ~% R7 F0 E
