对于POPADS的疑问

各位大神，我是个新手，之前只玩过adwords，一分钱没赚，号被封了。
想尝试一下POPADS，先冲了10刀试试。但是有个疑问，popads只让填写链接？没有广告语，关键词什么的？

2. 能不能推要看cj上的offer允不允许，有的offer不允许弹窗流量就不行的。

昨天冲了10美元试了一下，直接搞了3000+点击。没有展示直接都是点击，可能会被封号。。。

有个offer的规则找出这么一句，应该是不让用弹窗广告。
Any pop-up or pop-under cookie stuffing that are used to force the cookie onto the user’s browser are entirely unacceptable and will get your account suspended.

还有这个，使用技术手段，而用户实际没有点击的不行。弹窗应该属于这类。
Affiliates MAY NOT use cookie stuffing techniques that set the tracking cookie without the user actually clicking on the referral link. Domain forwarding is also prohibited.
