leaseweb VPS支付后到的NL号码无法登录？

我第一次购买leaseewb，填写了用户信息并且支付后，得到了 一个NL号码，但是无法用它登陆，
( ?3 S' }0 R7 d1 J; t( n提示
# q" w; e/ ~9 z
$ J: i& [1 m- \8 u

( M6 D0 w8 P9 r5 n" f: \- E0 b登陆时提示给的样例NL码是10位数，但我的NL码是14位。

8 C& d" ~: W" m/ `% ?, d2 m( Y请问这事什么情况，联系客服暂时未得到回复。
/ I# n% K. ^6 V7 \: f9 e
6 w, o; D  O  L$ D3 S( X是不是得等那边审核完了才会把登陆信息发到我的email上？？
