Job descriptionWe are looking for a Publisher Development Manager who is extremely enthusiastic about mobile advertising, and keen on learning new technologies in this ever changing industry. The ideal person should be very outgoing and with a high level of energy and drive, and will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affiliate relationships in China while strengthening internal work relationships.8 v7 m- D5 X- P* g

+ K& l7 e- O0 R5 w- Development and growth of own publisher portfolio: grow and manage accounts while promoting up and cross selling in Chinese market
- Drive revenue growth for the portfolio of publishers operating within a variety of promotion methods (display, search, email, incent, social media, mobile, and video)
- Work with the Network Operations team to resolve any issues related to publisher accounts
- Keep up-to-date with the changing mobile advertising at all times, and use this knowledge to help grow publisher accounts
- Work with advertiser teams to ensure complete delivery of campaigns, while meeting advertiser KPIs3 o! i) N! P# \9 v

- Strong Analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese

- Strong analytical capabilities with proactive strategic communication skills.
- Enthusiastic positive attitude, disciplined and detailed-oriented
