Job descriptionWe are looking for a Publisher Development Manager who is extremely enthusiastic about mobile advertising, and keen on learning new technologies in this ever changing industry. # j; a+ [. X' [, E+ N! t- Development and growth of own publisher portfolio: grow and manage accounts while promoting up and cross selling in Chinese market
- Drive revenue growth for the portfolio of publishers operating within a variety of promotion methods (display, search, email, incent, social media, mobile, and video)
- Work with the Network Operations team to resolve any issues related to publisher accounts
- Keep up-to-date with the changing mobile advertising at all times, and use this knowledge to help grow publisher accounts
- Work with advertiser teams to ensure complete delivery of campaigns, while meeting advertiser KPIs4 g s4 r! Q+ v. O) w$ c

Desired Skills and Experience- 1 year of online performance/affiliate marketing experience
- Strong Analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese

- Strong analytical capabilities with proactive strategic communication skills.
- Enthusiastic positive attitude, disciplined and detailed-oriented
