Set Up Web Hosting F* q3 f* ]5 `0 y8 }( ]1 w! L- }
Getting an internet hosting account is beyond the scope of this guide, but a few things need to be said+ N: U7 F" i( M7 I; C
about internet hosting. In general, you get what you pay for with hosting. When you use a shared
3 L+ V4 E6 _+ n- l$ \* ]' yhost for PPV traffic, you are putting yourself at huge risk because your bandwidth is shared with
+ K4 B( S# \- @: I1 P4 b$ ~% xwhoever else is on the same server as you.
" {3 Z% y. o8 g; x' B2 WSpeed is the name of the game in PPV traffic. Your offers and landing pages need to pop up fast& s" I4 | J: G; x

5 N, k0 `3 s/ O2 l; @( Nseconds before the user can get that window shut. If your offer doesn't show in that time, tough luck.9 y6 x7 ~5 l* y% D4 x0 V. Y) u) d
To explain the difference between types of hosting packages, picture a refrigerator (the server) in a1 M2 U+ T U2 g7 @& j6 A
house full of roommates (hosting customers).; |9 W7 T8 f4 O9 H
In shared hosting, this is like having roommates where everyone has no specific designated area inside

- B$ L, N @6 CSay your roommate brings home a large turkey. They will then take up more of the refrigerator than
+ i" d# K# |' K) V7 G% Lthe rest of the roommates, by virtue of simply needing more space and resources to accommodate
6 D: G4 W; k4 v, M+ ~7 r. E1 O; ctheir food. Everyone else's food in the house has less space to take advantage of.

In the case of a virtual private server (VPS), everyone in the house has their own designated space+ a" m9 S Z5 B! \6 d

3 @* C+ `! Y7 K& w$ rpartitioned, so that each customer can only use a specific amount of resources at any given time.7 |; B" i0 b2 G
A dedicated server would be like having the whole fridge to yourself. All of the server's resources
