请问am一直不理我怎么办，skype多次联系，邮件也发了

am一直没回，马上付款了，要确认付款方式，还有一些推广方法也要问下，但是am一直不回，请问能不能申请换am，希望clickdealer论坛的朋友可以联系我。

I have try to contact several times to my AM,but without a reply,both skype and email.Now it's time for payment this month,I need to check the payment menthod on file.Also,I have some questions about promoting offers need AM's confirm before I take action.Please is there any staff here can help ? Is it able to change my AM ?
