PP不会介入虚拟产品的争议的，遇到这种情况都是直接关闭争议不退款。

至少几年前我用的时候是这样的。

我后来在paypal发起了dispute。现在很好玩，太搞了，hostvirtual给我发了几次invoice，要收我250USD退款手续费。太250了。
