想申请ShareASale，能否成功？

Your site also must be up and operational (viewable) in order for us to approve you

不过又过一会儿，又收到了SAS 的Welcome的邮件，并给了我User ID，擦 ，彻底凌乱了，到底让不让加入？。。。。
