On the contrary, websites that have HTML, CSS, javascript and all optimized, inlined, minimized, and deferred down to a T, are in the doldrums. I know that for a fact, as my sites score 99/100 on GTmetrix, Pingdom, TestMyWebsite, Google Page Speed and Lighthouse (not bragging, simply a fact). My CWV are all in the green in my google Search Console analytics (green for what, google, uh?) but my sites are still affected by google's greed.* N& I. o4 x' R4 E0 R7 T
