leaseweb VPS支付后到的NL号码无法登录？

我第一次购买leaseewb，填写了用户信息并且支付后，得到了 一个NL号码，但是无法用它登陆，
2 X5 P$ X' F. ]/ ^* a提示
! B: @8 p4 K; {# F- \. P/ Q
8 ~) i$ |- l+ b; n7 [5 q! m- b8 o

9 d$ a" g0 l) t  T登陆时提示给的样例NL码是10位数，但我的NL码是14位。

: e$ ?1 n# ?# X2 v3 I请问这事什么情况，联系客服暂时未得到回复。

是不是得等那边审核完了才会把登陆信息发到我的email上？？
