4 Z5 y" f" ~, `) fJob descriptionWe are looking for a Publisher Development Manager who is extremely enthusiastic about mobile advertising, and keen on learning new technologies in this ever changing industry. The ideal person should be very outgoing and with a high level of energy and drive, and will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affiliate relationships in China while strengthening internal work relationships.

Key responsibilities:
6 z$ `5 B& H# [$ N/ ]& A7 B* B! u- Development and growth of own publisher portfolio: grow and manage accounts while promoting up and cross selling in Chinese market
- Drive revenue growth for the portfolio of publishers operating within a variety of promotion methods (display, search, email, incent, social media, mobile, and video)
- Work with the Network Operations team to resolve any issues related to publisher accounts
- Keep up-to-date with the changing mobile advertising at all times, and use this knowledge to help grow publisher accounts
- Work with advertiser teams to ensure complete delivery of campaigns, while meeting advertiser KPIs

- Strong Analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Strong drive to achieve success and deliver bottom-line results
- Effective collaboration skills and desire to operate on a compelling team
- Strong analytical capabilities with proactive strategic communication skills.
- Enthusiastic positive attitude, disciplined and detailed-oriented
