NetworksThere are so many networks out there. I’m only going to recommend those that I’ve tried personally, or those with near unanimous praise.

* P: ^) D3 K; I; \Neverblue – Tons of great mobile offers, and one of the rare few genuinely ‘international’ networks. Made my first ever CPA commission with Neverblue. *le sniffle*
" H/ [) E) e& D4 w" O( LAbove All Offers – If Eli Aloisi puts even half the time in to his network as he did with the BlueHat blog, this has to be worth joining.
; B, x3 K+ t! T' P1 k3 o6 _, N. iF5 Media – Founded by the same guys who brought you the STM Forum, F5 packs a bunch of strong dating offers.* e; H2 C, n" b
Monetise – Promising network with a heavy slant towards UK offers. & A  r& V) v+ t8 ~! n* P6 h- F7 Y! I
Peerfly – Strong industry following, popular launch pad network for beginners.* Y; Z6 F: e+ @3 R
Incent.ly – Owned by Peerfly, dedicated to incentive traffic.
9 N9 l1 t, h4 m8 Y7 Y7 H. V" r- ^Mundo Media – I haven’t tried them, but I’ve heard good reviews. Mobile seems to be their specialty?
; F4 n* u  P$ |" n( [% p, |Ploose – Good for adult dating and hookup offers.
$ G! W' E9 I; O, iCupid – Vast selection of dating offers from Cupid.' n2 S4 M9 K7 h8 s% P* ^
People Meet – Home to the People Meet brand. Excellent converters.% C/ H7 L0 h! g6 |# R3 U% w. p
Date Connected – Another direct dating/hookup merchant, home to JustHookup. Can you guess which niche I work in?
- |& r3 a4 V$ MTraditionalCJ – Known for its shoddy treatment of affiliates, but with so many good offers, you’ll want to join regardless.
+ z! N, L! [- r2 d; X  C- Q# [ShareASale – Much respected Chicago-based network. Large selection of boutique CPS offers.
+ F; P8 q0 l- O% Q) WLinkShare – Another colossal network. Better support than CJ.. a( P% u' j5 j# }) L" F, @/ G$ R
ClickBank – Where many an affiliate marketer sold his first shining turd. Sketchy digital products galore. They have the audacity to start deducting commissions through ‘admin fees’, which will piss you off.
/ s5 N2 S. r4 O/ {& B" V7 m4 Z& v5 ^. uAmazon Affiliates – Underrated by CPA affiliates, overrated by everybody else. : w) R) j5 }$ Y/ y
Google Affiliate Network – Boo the irony.8 I7 |* W: U* t1 ]4 o+ R2 z, b' s* i
MobileOfferMobi – One of the leading mobile performance networks.
* h+ z4 q4 Y0 p7 V5 yRevived Media – Created by the prolific IMGrind team. Dedicated mobile network with great reviews.
* o! O, Q& G. m2 q8 fKissMyAds – Mobile affiliate network. Regrettable name for the dinner table?$ q5 z6 z. s3 J  u
Linking Mobile – UK based, recommended to me. I haven’t tried them.
% g0 K2 J( ]; F" qConferences and MeetupsAffiliate Summit – The premier affiliate marketing conference, where affiliates convene to talk shop and party in strip clubs (or drown in sausage). : z9 C7 u3 `9 x5 J5 D( \
A4U Expo – Popular performance marketing conference, especially in Europe. A bit suity.+ h8 c0 x; V8 P) I/ n. A! w
ad:tech – Digital marketing conferences scattered all around the globe. Very suity.
9 d3 r6 O. z  H5 I* DLeadsCon – Vegas/NYC based event dedicated to lead generation.
7 \) q' f  a+ h/ b7 KAM Days – Specialised conference for the management of affiliate programs (aka, how to deal with unprofessional slackers in their underpants).
; e6 k6 W  r+ ?9 d& B. L# C( w- [1 W) ?Self-Serve Traffic SourcesBelow is a relatively small selection of traffic sources that I can personally recommend. For a more comprehensive list, see this sprawling bookmark cert on 3things.
) \$ O9 z$ I( x2 ~SearchGoogle AdWords – Still the King of search PPC. Not an easy dragon for the affiliate to slay.
5 c/ G7 H8 N& g+ s. h2 q+ e2 V/ o) BBing Ads – Closest alternative to AdWords. Less booty lashings.
: p, J/ a! A0 S. c( r& y( ]7 \! a7Search – You’ll need to be on your game to find a converter in here. Only troopers hit the green.4 M: B$ `/ [" G, J9 \
SocialFacebook – Hugely competitive. Potential to make you rich. Quickly.$ Z2 h+ p7 r8 I9 r: F
Twitter Ads – …Good luck.
" \! h- U; ]$ @) s( F9 E! x! mPOF Ads – Target dating users down to the hair color. Saturated but still powerful.% e- ^* t2 H' D% O  Q8 b
Adly – There’s something I find immensely entertaining about the prospect of affiliates soliciting celebrities for their ads. What’s the worst that could happen?
1 v$ [; }5 n* q/ `, xCubics Adknowledge – Advertise across a selection of over 1200 Facebook apps. & o. R4 Y' q" b
ContextualMedia Traffic – Good PPV network for single opt-in submits and gaming offers.8 ]. q8 l$ [: P" N+ z4 D7 o
TrafficVance – Highest quality PPV traffic in the business. Requires $1000 deposit.
9 j+ `9 ~, F  {, ~* PLead Impact – Good starting point for PPV marketers. Lots of room to scale your campaigns.

( b$ h6 e1 C( |$ f. p+ P' HPulse360 – CPC-based with lots of high quality traffic. Expensive. Won’t work on lower payout offers.! o0 S: Z' J( |+ m) o" n
engage:BDR – High quality display traffic that you’ll need some budget for. . u+ X7 s/ n" j: z
SiteScout – Low risk media-buying entry point for affiliates. Suggest you start here.# K% j, E1 v; \& A2 T# u
MochiMedia – Great launch pad for newbie affiliates in the gaming niche.
' Q" y$ `6 j4 Q2 R$ [4 m1 Y* dAd2Games – Lots of quality gaming traffic. Heavy German influence. ( H& R2 @  n/ w* c" n1 o
CPM Star – More gaming traffic. Only limited experience with this one, looks decent.
( Z, E  R/ D/ `. ?Juicy Ads – Incredibly lenient, self-serve adult dating platform. Cheap. Great for learning the ropes.
* K" J8 b6 {& K& j0 \2 b& C- d: LTraffic Junky – One of the most popular sources of adult traffic in the world. Big volume. Equal competition.+ Q, J$ x! d6 M2 a- Y2 U
Exoclick – More adult dating by the bucket load. Probably not *quite* as good quality as TJ, but offset by cheaper traffic.( c( @, b. n" j6 q- L" |5 z
AdBucks – Don’t be fooled by the minimal interface. This adult display source packs a donkey punch.
+ `1 m( o: O4 s2 y: xRetargetingAdRoll – Named the #1 Advertising Company by Inc. Magazine. Growing fast, seems to be everywhere. Oh wait…

Chango – Specialises in search retargeting rather than site retargeting.8 B2 U; b' b. Y

Search Marketing ToolsSEOMoz – Powerhouse in the SEO world. Monitors your search and social performance for a good price.
# F. R6 G- t( S1 f" r8 N# P9 {Open Site Explorer – Part of SEOMoz, but free to use. Offers a bird’s eye view of your site’s current standing in relation to competition.
. O- Y/ ?$ k9 N" \Spyfu – Download your competitor’s profitable keywords (then do your damn best to find them).
6 b! Y6 ?2 s- V' _: L- E5 E* ~+ w* HSEO Book Tools – Useful all-in-one resource covering most of the SEO board. * w, i% d, ]0 X2 C* \
Google AdWords Keyword Tool – Don’t live by this tool, but don’t completely ignore it either. Useful when applied in context.1 ?& @$ E# J& @0 [' S8 c+ d
ForumsSubscriptionStack That Money – My forum of choice for affiliate marketing discussion. I’m a moderator here, and it’s the only forum I post on. This is high-end CPA advice for those who are actively running campaigns. Costs $99/month, worth every penny.
; m) B4 s; I# z; E9 TAffPlaybook – Another popular forum, particularly with North American affiliates. This started as a specialist forum for PPV, but it now covers pretty much every avenue for the CPA affiliate. Costs $67/month.! V' ^2 @! l4 p1 S& L: c7 C8 x) n, e! R
IMGrind – I’ve never seen it. Reports suggest it attacks Internet Marketing from a broader scope and is not aimed directly at the CPA affiliate. Costs $99/month.
) e2 D! Y8 `7 V6 s" M* y( HThe Dojo – New paid addition on the CPA Fix forum. Lifetime access for a one-time payment. 8 S( I& ?# J$ @$ a9 G  ^2 H
FreeWickedFire – Where the occasional golden nugget can be found buried between tits, ass and Rick Astley. Generally NSFW.
& Z' p$ n: R' o9 x3 C( bAffiliates4u – Very active forum, heavy European influence. Better place to network with merchants and product owners than it is to find other affiliates. ) t6 d! a( z/ T  S6 P1 p- Y3 M7 ~
ABestWeb – Largest affiliate marketing forum in the world, with a heavy corporate slant. Where the utterly blind converge with the suited and booted.
" Z+ v  D- E; d+ D4 [+ N+ E! }CPA Fix – Mostly focused on CPA marketing, seems to specialise in free traffic sources and generating leads on a budget.
! }9 k5 n: k" N5 a( m+ m# t  v# w& u
