群里哪位大哥申请过paxum付款？

最近exoclick每月达到了paypal的付款limit，需要电汇才能继续付款，但我用招行卡线上付款老是被退回来，招行客服说私对公外汇需要到柜台办理，这对我来说太麻烦了。和exoclick沟通后，可以用paxum付款，然后我就去申请paxum，但paxum有个验证的环节，需要上传你的ID和adreess，但是麻烦来了，他们要求的address是需要拉丁字符组成的官方验证的证件，比如电费单，煤气单。我上传了中国的电费单，但被退回啦，悲剧。。说必须是拉丁字符才行。这下难倒我拉。群里哪位大哥有类似的经验？给小弟指条道。

以下是官方的原话，我就不知道哪里去搞公正过的地址？

Please note that as proof of address we do not accept Checks, Envelopes, Invoices from similar sites (ex.: PayPal), Invoices from the Post Office, Electronic Invoices or Receipts.

$ v; f( u4 f) I: U% ^6 lTo obtain a notarized translation, you can go to a notary office or a lawyer with the proof of address document and ask the notary to translate and notarize your document.

9 [' k- q! {4 }# G5 U9 T1 KFor a notarized translation to be accepted, it must contain the stamp, seal, signature and phone number of the notary that issued it.

事实上你把中文地址自己翻译下然后“or a lawyer ”后发过去即可，至于如果or a lawyer 应该是最简单的了

paxum 的地址公正还是很麻烦的, 官方还要给 公正人/律师 打电话,当时我用的一个朋友的电话,哎,英语不行说错话了,我到现在都还没验证地址...  不过还是可以正常收款的,只是莫法使用!

找个律师盖个章也可以，但是楼上也说过了，律师还需要电话联系确认的
