We are excited to announce that Route 53 DNS Failover now supports + I" y3 V* [' i4 U/ t
Elastic Load Balancing (ELB) endpoints. Starting today, you can use ' p2 `7 w# C2 `7 T" d
Route 53’s existing health checking and DNS failover features for % }( ? n" [7 w& g
applications running behind an ELB, to increase redundancy and 3 x! s3 p# F* H& n Z: V6 B

With DNS Failover, Amazon Route 53 can help detect an outage of your 0 x6 {' f) Y/ k3 Z5 J* R

behind it. If any part of the stack goes down, Route 53 detects the , A) K) H! o( A: f# W
