Is it CUPID?,They require a conversion rate from lead to sale which means double opt-in(DOI),If till the end of month no sales, the traffic is declined and not paid ,I strongly suggest LZ not to run it,because it is not easy,and i have much money that were refused paid from them at last month.Please read more from there:
