Update: We are continuing to work on this issue with local staff. It appears NTT/HKnet are experiencing some sort of major issue, possibly power related.
Update: NTT engineers are still investigating the issue. It appears the issue has impacted the entire 16th floor, where we are located. We are working with them to understand the situation and will provide an update ASAP.
At the moment, anycast traffic has been directed away from this POP. If you have a server located here, there is no need to insert a start or other job at this time.
