In order to verify your US Payment Service, please provide us with the following information: - A full screenshot of your Google payments history page showing your name（有名字显示的付款历史页面截图）
- A full screenshot of your Google account page showing the websites associated with your account (You can find this by clicking "Performance Reports" and then "Sites")（带有网址的账户页面截图）
