Im running a 大人 video streaming site at the moment,now i have to move my site to a new server due to high traffic.my site has 200,000 unique visitors daily and 1000+ concurrent visitors peak time. 2 m. ^4 k0 `+ O* g) N1 h! `- k0 s' G( r
I have two servers with FDC Seattle) h- L% {" n! `
1.Dell Dual Intel Xeon 5520 72GB RAM, 2x3TB HDDs, 1Gbit Unmetered : C8 q7 ?7 ]2 \& Y6 Dthis one for script and mysql u8 D Z H' }7 n
+ o/ p$ V) a: B. A9 X+ R$ \) M
2.Dell Dual Intel Xeon 5520 72GB RAM, 4x3TB HDDs 10Gbit Unmetered : c0 `4 f8 Y- K* @; ^( ]this one for storage.# ^5 a3 g! m* r
3 G3 s6 i* H' {/ W; S" d
The problem its my major customers are from China,im using wowza for the video streaming, and lots of visitors says the streaming speed very slow,so i think either because i dont config the wowza well or bandwidth not enough. ) |( ?% U M5 M2 q, m( x3 z8 l3 C# \$ Q: K1 q. F
so,i would like request 1 or two(1 for script and mysql another one for storage) servers to move,if any one could help me here. 9 [; T9 B2 {0 {0 N$ n7 X* {: M3 }1 |" T. i
for the storage server my request are: ( J4 H3 ~% ]4 l( G- i# q2 s* y- M8 `4 U; y9 t W
1. at least 5 Gbps port dedicated unmetered located in US EAST : z; `% x- {/ |" o; k7 M2. 72G+ memory # O) P. N# `0 u# k3. 16 core CPU $ o+ a p/ x% x n# H 6 F9 ^- n) M, K; H% h0 }( Jbudget $1000-2000, y& ]0 p/ B9 V' x4 M" p
