怎么参加Namejet过期域名的拍卖？

显示Private 是不对外开放了吗？
怎么才能有资格去参加这个拍卖？有经验的大佬告诉一下嘛

拍卖类型的解释
Pre-Release: domain is possibly approaching auction status. A Private Auction is restricted to Bidders that have placed a backorder bid during the Pre-Release period. New bidders cannot be added to the auction once it starts. Only those Bidders in good standing will be added to a Private Auction when it opens. Also, Bidders may need to be Verified in order to participate, depending on the current high bid.
你得先成功注册账号，
然后去预订，如果有多人预订，那么就会竞价，竞价的时候，账户需要有一定的保证金。
