亚马逊加拿大站发这个怎么处理？

之前加拿大站我也多次收款，后来收到这封邮件之后，账户所有数据就一直处于零状态。。。不知道怎么回事
楼主是如何申请到加拿大站的亚马逊联盟的？以前申请过英因的也没过。
