GoDaddy can verify that I am the former owner of the domain. I would be willing to pay a fee to borrow the domain to Retrieve my email then they can return the domain to you to resell as you wish.

I do not want to purchase the domain going forward.  I have no us for it.

I was hoping you Can assist as it is the fastest option, I you are unable or unwilling to assist, I will subpoena GoDaddy and force them to retrieve the email.

    I have closed my business which is why I allowed the Domain name to expire, however, I am involved in a legal matter that will require me to subpoena (or Legally retrieve) my prior emails that are still on GoDaddy's email servers and requires approval from the new or current domain owner (you).

    Can you please contact me ASAP so that we can work together to obtain my old email before you resell the domain name.
