Epayments暂停交易期间，小安Paxum稳定支援
不少平时用Epayments的朋友这两天提到Epayments所有的交易都无法正常完成，一问之下才知道：Epaymets 暂停了所有的交易！以下是Epayments原文：
Here it is, ePayments temporarily stop working.
"On the February 11, 2020 ePayment Systems Limited (‘ePayments’) agreed with the Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) to suspend all activity on its customer accounts. This decision was taken following a review, by the FCA, of ePayments antimoney laundering systems and controls, which identified a weakness that required remediation.
We know this will be a very frustrating time for our customers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working tirelessly with the FCA to ensure improvements are made and accounts can be reactivated as soon as possible. During this improvement process, we want to assure customers that their funds are being safeguarded as normal."
翻译过来就三句话：
第一，我们依法和金融监管部门开展反洗Q调查；
第二，期间所有交易暂停，
第三，我知道你着急，不过你账号里的钱是安全的，啥时候恢复正常等我通知！

除了那些主流的CPA network外，什么大人，cam，casino之类不都支持嘛 主要是cam的，cashino是不支持的
